About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Malaysia - Beijing - Seoul - Shanghai - Malaysia

Hi, I'm from the Netherlands and have Dutch nationality.

I'm currently based in Malaysia, and I'm planning to visit Beijing for two days (I'll stay 48 hours), then fly to Seoul (stay for 24 hours), then to Shanghai (also 48 hours) and then back to Malaysia. Can I apply for the 72-Hour Visa-Free Transit for both my stay in Beijing and Shanghai? Thanks for your help.

Yes, Rob, you can apply for it for both the stays in Shanghai and Beijing. By the way, the 72-hour free transit policy is replaced by the 144-hour free transit in Shanghai, giving passengers more time to travel in the city.
