About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit
I'm a US citizen traveling to South Korea, I have an hour layover at guangzhou.
Can I apply for the 72hr Visa at the airport?

Actually, if you don't leave the passport, you don't need to apply for it. No transit permit is needed.
