I want to marry my chinese boyfriend and i have overstayed for five months.Will this affect me?

I am due to get married soon and I have overstayed due to financial difficulties.I have a year visa with multiple entries and I did exit for the five months involved.Will this affect the process in getting married?

Vee, you mean you re-entered after having overstayed for five months or you are still overstaying? If the answer is the latter, you can't register your marriage in China I'm afraid.
