I have one day in Kunming. I would like to visit Jiuxiang Scenic Area.

I am arriving the city at 6:30 am eastern bus station, departure 21:21 and 21:44 from the main railway station) you can visit Jiuxiang Scenic Area of the eastern bus station and go back to the train station in one day?
1.)When the first bus to depart Yi Liang and how often
2.)When does the follow-up from the bus to the Yi Liang Jiuxiang.
3.)Return time back (Jiuxiang, Liang Yi, KM RS).
