An Ofw in Hk with 2 years old son

Hello, I'm an Ofw In Hk. And i have my 2 years old son. Can I bring my son in hk and stay in hk also? What visa do I need to apply for him? What are the requirements?

Kris, you can try to apply for a dependant visa for your son. Forms and documents to be submitted include: 1. Application for Entry for Residence as Dependants in HK (ID 997); 2. your son's recent photograph (affixed on page 1 of the application form ID 997); 3. Photocopy of your son's passport; 4. Photocopy of your son's birth certificate; 5. Application form (ID 997) with Part B duly completed by you; 6. Photocopy of your HK identity card; 7. Photocopy of your passport; 8. Photocopy of proof of your financial standing, e.g. bank statements, savings accounts passbooks, tax receipts and salary slips; 9. Photocopy of proof of your accommodation, e.g. rental receipts.
