About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

International to Domestic transfer in PEK + meet a friend lives in Beijing

I have a two hours International to Domestic transfer in PEK, the domestic flight departs from T3-C. I also have a friend lives in this city.
Do I have time to meet my friend and say Hi? Will I even have a chance to exit the Costume to the common area before boarding?

The minimum connection time is 120 minutes within the same teminal, and 160 minutes between terminals. So I am afraid that you don't have time to meet your friend, or go to public area.
