The required documents include your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, Valid Registration Form of Temporary Residence, admission notice of enrollment issued by the new school, and JW form as well as other relevant documents the consular officers consider necessary. And then go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB where your new school is located to change the residence permit.

JW form is usually send by a registered school. IF you don't have one, it's still possible to apply for an X2 type.
