I am a Filipino and applying for Temporary Resident Permit

My question is, Do I need to have my school credentials and employment records be authenticated (Red Ribbon) by Department of Foreign Affairs in the Philippines? I am now here in China and planning to submit my original Diploma, TOR and Employment Certificate (not authenticated) to the Bureau and worried that my application for temporary permit may deny.

Thank you for the help.

Lou De, according to what I know, your notarized and authenticated diploma is usually required when your employer applies the work permit for you. If you have already got the work permit, it's possible that you don't have to submit the diploma. Just have a try.
