About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

We are going to korea and we have a layover of 22 hours can i get the 72 hour visa?

and if so how can i do this i've called several places about this and i wasn't able to get a concrete answer. HELP!

Jessica, on your way from the US to Korea, you will stop over China for less than 24 hours, right? If so, you can enjoy the 24-hour free transit policy. You don't need to do anything in advance. Upon your arrival, you can apply for a temporary stay permit at the immigration counter in the airport so that you can leave and stay in a hotel.
