1. We plan to go by S train to Badaling and return by bus 877. Are the two stations near to each other. If not, where we can take bus 877?2. Passing ticket gate, is it to the left is climbing the south range and to the right is the north range?3. The seniors in our group want to take the cable up and return but the juniors say to climb south range and then to climb the north range, will they end to meet at the entrance gate.

1. Yes, you are right. Both the railway station and the bus 877 are walking distance form the entrance of the great wall. Please remember the last bus returns at 17:00. If it is too early for you, I suggest you take the S train still back to downtown.2. Passing the ticket checking gate, turn right for the North Section and turn left for the Southern section. 3. When the seniors get down the cable car, they can walk back to the entrance or the train station to wait for the junior people. For juniors, they will get down from the same entrance and exit. By the way, there is no need to climb both the north and south sections. I recommend you the northern section, which is longer and more majestic.

No, you needn't. You may come back to No. 8 North Tower, and take the North Cableway down. Or, you may return to No. 4 North Tower, and ride on the pulley down. Have a wonderful time! :)
