Hello Mukaila! You can either apply from the China embassy or consulate in Brazil or through the HK Immigration Department by mails. The required documents include: a copy of your passport, a filled-out application form, a recently-taken bare-headed photo affixed on the application form, a document of financial income proof, a copy of your residence card in Brazil, and round-trip tickets and hotel booking records.
