booked on line, where to pick up ?

Hi, I bought several rail trip through agency on line, and got codes. I have to pick up all of them at this station, because my hotel is close to it , near Qianmen. Probably the best way for transfer is Subway no 2. Please for info, which exit to use from the subway, and how to find office to pick up my tickets ?
