mexico visa inquiry

Hi sir, my wife is an international student in China. she would like to visit Mexico.she got 3 months left on her stay in China before extension. IS this a problem? and what are the documents required for a tourists visa? Thank you.

Dear, I don’t think it will be a problem as long as she has valid residence permit in PRC.
The documents include her passport and copy of its data page, her residence permit in PRC, the application form attached with a passport-style photo, proof of her financial support, round trip air tickets, and hotel reservation and maybe other required documents required by the consular officers.
