About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

if arriving on a cruise ship but not disembarking is a visa required

Trevor, personally, I think as long as you don’t go through the immigration inspection, the entry permit is not required, but you’d better consult about it with the cruise company and see if you can board the ship if you don’t have the entry permit.
