About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Chinese visa extension for 2 Peruvians living in China

My name is Rocio. My husband and I are from Peru, and live in PRC at the moment. We are both on a Business M type here. Our current M type expires at the end of May.
We would like to stay for a longer time here.
We are interested in extending our current M type, if it's possible. Otherwise, we are also open to apply for a new one. Which one do you suggest?
Is it possible for you to help us doing this? Do you know any agency which could help us with this process?

Rocio, you can apply for an extension 7 days earlier before your current M type expires at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB. You can do it by yourself.
Actually, if you want to apply for a new M type, you need to exit PRC first and then apply for it in your home country or other places. In this case, you are advised to extend it.
