About:Chinese Embassy in Lesotho

A question about online application:

I am Reitumetse Lizbeth Makhakhe so i want to apply online as i am in SA but i want to get this bursary and study there as I am a citizen of Lesotho

Reitumetse, there is no online application service in SA. You should apply for it at the CVASC by yourself or entrust someone to do it for you.
