Visa from Thailand for polish citizen

Hello, I am polish citizen but I would like to arrange entry permit to China to visit my cousin and her husband (they live there). What are the costs?

The cost is 1600 Baht for a single-entry type, including 1100 charged by the embassy and 500 charged by the CVASC office.
