Visa for Plant Visit

Hi,

What type of entry permit should we apply if we are to visit a plant for inspection? Our business counterpart will provide invitation letters.

What if we want to tour other parts (i.e. Great Wall of China) after the plant visit? Should we apply for a separate tourist entry permit?

You don't need to apply for separate tourist entry permit. You can indicate your planned trip after the plant visit on your application to apply for a longer stay duration and make the M type covers your trip as well.
