Hongqiao to Pudong : what about luggage and enough time ?

I have a flight on July 30th from Kunming to Paris with 1 change in Shanghai. I arrive at SHA Terminal 2 at 20:05 and then have to take a flight at 00:05 from Pudong 1, meaning I have 4 hours to change plane.
I saw that Airport shuttle bus line 1 takes about 1 hour between the 2 airports but will that be enough as :
- I will have, I suppose, to wait for my luggage at SHA (how long does it take more or less ?)
- take bus line 1
- re-register for my next flight, knowing the re-registration is closed 45 mns before the departure
