Relocating to China - Importation of Wine

Hi...I am planning on moving to ur country for work for 3 years. My work has confirmed that they will pay the duty on 60 bottles of wine. Can you please confirm whether i am allowed to ship 60 bottles of wine into CN and what would be the applicable duties would be.

Also, could you please provide a copy of these importation laws and duties so that i can share it with my relocation company.

Thanks

Rob

You can export it into CN and you should pay the customs duty, VAT, and consumption tax. The rates are 14%, 17%, and 10% respectively.
