The passport can be renewed at local nearby consulate/embassy.

You need to provide the following document: an application form, three recent taken photos printed on Glossy Finish, original and copy of your passports, original and copy of your proof of your legal status (eg, Permanent Resident Card or any visa or permit). If your your passport has already expired, you still need to provide a statement about your expired passport.
