Animal skin importation into China

I have been offered a cheeta skin rug, that is approximately 30 yrs old ( the rug that is). It originally came from South Africa without any permits 25 yrs ago. Would it be a problem exporting the rug into China ?

Yes, it is prohibited to import the animal skin to China.
