Battery cart in Tiantan Park

Can you only get on the battery cart on the westgate of Tiantan or also from another gate?

Hi, as I know, there is no private battery cart for rental. Right at the East Gate and West Gate of the park, visitors can ride the public train-like battery car and I remember it costs CNY10 per person.
