Thai Citizen Transit Question

Does a Thai citizen who lives in America with a Green Card require a visa for a 4 hour transit in Wuhan for a follow on flight to Bangkok Thailand?

Larry, you are eligible for the 24-hour free transit. So the entry permit is not necessary.
