Long transit time at capital airport - sleeping room

I land from Manila in Terminal 2 at 01:00am and I fly out to USA from Terminal 3 at 10:00am. I see in terminal 2 there is a "Hourly Lounge: between the Gate D2 and the Gate D3 at B1 (for foreign passengers);" Will I be able to get to this lounge and get a few hours of sleep before leaving terminal 2? If not, what is my best option?
