I land from Manila in Terminal 2 at 01:00am and I fly out to USA from Terminal 3 at 10:00am. I see in terminal 2 there is a Hourly Lounge: between the Gate D2 and the Gate D3 at B1 (for foreign passengers); Will I be able to get to this lounge and get a few hours of sleep before leaving terminal 2? If not, what is my best option?

Yes you can since you have the ticket of next flight. BTW, there are also hourly lounges at Gate 8, 2F, T1; T3-C and T3-E of T3.
