My taxi driver ripped me off, how can I report him?

My taxi driver charged me 444 RMB to get to Pudong Airport from Le Royal Meridien. Unfortunately, I did not read this website until after it happened! I would like to report him for overcharging me. How do I do that. I still have the receipt

You can call 021-12345 or 63232150 to lodge a complaint. By the way, keep the receipt well, by which they can find the driver.
