Pakistani passport holder visa application refusal

Hello there
I am taking a trip of school children to Beijing from the UAE. All applications have been accepted apart from one child who holds a Pakistani passport. Is there any advice on how I can get this application through? At the moment we are being sent lots of contradictory information. Many thanks in advance.

Becky, if you can get an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit for the child who holds Pakistan passport, maybe the application may be accepted.
