About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

ISB-PEK then PEK-MFM (ISLAMABAD- BEIJING then BEIJING-MACAU)

Hello,
My flight is from Islamabad to Beijing and its arrives in T2. i don't have any check-inn luggage but I will need to transfer Beijing to Macau departs from T3. I have 03:30 hours. Do you think it is enough?

i am Pakistani citizen so can i use 24 hours visa free transit? i mean transfer from T-2 to T-3 by free shuttle bus will take around 20 minutes only but can i take this bus from inside transit hall (without cross immigration)??

It's enough. You can use 24h visa free transit and you need to get the 24h temporary entry permit at the immigration counter to go to the non-restricted area to take the shuttle to T3.
