Hi, I'm a Malaysian with Malaysian passport. Can I get VOA in Shanzhen by taking train from HK? Or got to Gongbei from Macau?

It's possible to get the VOA by taking train from HK or get one from Gongbei. However, the VOAs you get from Shenzhen and Gongbei are different. The VOA you get from Shenzhen is only for Shenzhen travel. The VOA you get from Gongbei Port can be used to enter Zhuhai only.
