I to D transfer to Hefei on Air China at PEK. After takig out luggage, how to find transfer counter?

I will flight Air China SFO to PEK, then to Hefei the same day but on separate tickets. After i taking out the luggage, how can I find the transfer counter? I need detailed directions, please.

I suggest that some assistants/knowledgeable workers be placed at the luggage area to help/direction people where to transfer.
