About:Marriage Registration in China

Canadian marriage requirements

Hello, do I just sign the form above and get a notary public to notarized it or do. Need more ? How long is the affidavit good for ?

Dustin, you should first fill out the form, and then get it notarized by the notary public and the ministry of foreign affairs of Canada. After, have the form attested by the embassy of PRC in Canada.
The affidavit is valid for 6 months since its issue date.

So I need to get it notarized twice ? Do you know the link to the ministry of foreign affairs of Canada to get the second notary ? Thanks

Yes, you should get it notarized twice. You should take the documents to the ministry of foreign affairs of Canada to get it notarized in person or entrust someone to do it for you.
