About:Harbin Weather

I am going to Harbin to train nurses at a local university and I will be staying there for 1 year.

Both Montreal and the city are known for their cold winters, however would there be much differences?

Thanks,
Steph

Yes, both of the cities are very cold in winter, and the lowest temp may fall to minus 35 degrees or so. But it seems that Haerbin is cloder because of the strong wind from the north.
