About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

What is my baggage allowance weight traveling from US to Manila, economy seat?

Also, if I were to take one extra baggage to check in, how much does it cost?

The allowance varies according to different airlines. You should contact your airline to find specific information.
Just for you reference. Generally, passengers can take 2 pieces of baggage to go abroad from China for free and each of them should not weigh over 23kg. For extra case, one should pay 1.5% of its flight ticket price for each kilo.
