How to get to Green Lake from Kunming Railway Station and how much the fare?

Do i need to change train in order to arrive there ?

Well, for your convenience, just take a taxi from the railway station and get to the destination directly. The cab fare is about CNY 15 in the day time. It takes 10-15 mins on the way.
