About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Is it possible to exit from china and without going to other country and re-enter the same time.

For example, I have my visa expiring next week, and I have also availed the extension period, so I must leave PRC and re-enter for 30 days. I have double entry.
So can i just walk across the border and be back?
Because I can not go to any other country as I don't have any entry permit. I can go back to homeland only.

Is it possible to get EXIT stamp and then Re-enter. If I try to exit at HK border, what will happen. will they deny me EXIT as I don't have HK entry permit or will they let me EXIT and RE-ENTER PRC?
Thanks

Hi there! It’s possible. If you have double-entry one, you can just walk across the border and then go back.
May I know which passport you hold? Citizens from many countries are allowed to enter HK freely. So maybe you are one of them. In this case, you can exit at HK border and then re-enter.

If you have double entries, and you just used one, of course, you will be allowed to exit mainland PRC and then re-enter. You don’t need to go to HK.
