What’s your purpose to visit PRC? If you go there for tourism purpose, you need to provide those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, the filled-out application form and a passport-style photo taken recently, round trip air tickets and hotel booking record. And then submit your application to the CVASC to apply for it.1
