my hk sar passport will b expired soon? where i can appy it? how to apply it? what documnet ?

You can go to China embassy in Singapore to apply for a new HKSAR passport. You need to submit the requirements to the officers there. The officers will then handle it for you. The requirements include: completed Hong Kong passport application form (ID843 for those above 16 and ID844 for those under 16); 4 passport photos; completed form ID853; original and photocopy of your HK ID card. It takes 4-6 weeks if you submit all the requirements.3

No appointment is needed. But you'd better reach the office before 1130 to get a service number from the information booth. The opening hours of the office is 0900-1200 Mon-Fri (except public holidays).

The embassy charges you 32 Singaporean dollars, you also need to pay the fee for HKSAR Government. The embassy will give you Form ID 853 (HKSAR Passport Application Payment Form, used for overseas), then you will know how much you should pay for the HKSAR Government.
Please go to the embassy in person, then you will know all the procedures.0
