Shadab, you should first prepare the required documents including your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, and an invitation letter from your trade partner in PRC. And then submit the application to the CVASC to apply for the business M type to PRC. It costs 4882 rupees.
May I know you will fly to which Chinese city from which Indian city? Only when I know your travel route, I can give you the general ticket charges. Besides, the ticket fare varies along with the season change. So it’s uncertain.
You can take mobile accessories to PRC, but if you take that for sale, you need to declare it at the customs when you enter PRC. If you take that for your own use, there is no need to declare, but you take about 20 kg package, you’d better declare it at the customs. Or you can deliver it as a cargo.
