extend chinese L visa

hello , i come from indonesia i have tourist (L) type for staying 2 month with multiply entry. now i still have a month to prepare all my data, but could i extend my current L type in guangzhou? or there is others options to get F type in here? because i also have family is chinese lives near. which is the easier ways so please tell me what to do.
