Denial of Korean visit visa

Last month I applied for a tourist entry permit along with one of my friends from Russia. My nationality is Pakistani. The applications we filled were the same and we applied both passports together but in the end I was not given The entry permit but my friend could get it successfully. i asked for the reason of denial and they replied that you have given insufficient information about the purpose of your visit.. My question is , why did they reject my application and gave entry permit to my friend when the application forms were just the same ? The information we provided on both forms for the purpose of my entry was just same .. How come my form was providing insufficient information and his form was not under objection ?

I want to add more, I went once again to the embassy and I asked the receptionist whom can I meet and discuss my issue with ? She gave me a paper and said write in detail the purpose of your entry . I wrote again in more details. And gave that piece of paper to that receptionist .She said this is all what I can do for you . We will call you for interview after 2 days . But nobody called me . I went to embassy and asked them they said your application has been rejected again . I don't really understand why and how this all happened ? Now I wanna apply again for Korean entry permit. What's your opinion about that ?

for korean visa most important documents are last six months bank statement more than 5000RMB last deposit , school letter with stamp, student id, travel plan ,brother you need to write your travel plan in detail with flight and hotel booking .
