About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Changsha Airport

I am traveling with US passport. Can I travel to Zhangjiajie or Hunan Province with 72 hour visa if I enter from Changsha Airport??

Yes it´s allowed to travel within Hunan Province.

Thank you. Would I still be eligible for 72 hour transit if I fly from Japan to Changsha and then to Hong Kong or Taiwan?

Peggy, you can fly from Japan to Changsha and then to HK or Taiwan. The 72-hour free transit still applies to you.
