Can my step-daughter lodge my and my wife's applications at CVASC on our behalf

My wife and I are going on holidays to China for two (2) weeks in June this year with an organised travel agent booking. We have our applications for visa ready, i.e. with all forms filled out and other documents, as required. As my step-daughter works in Brisbane close-by to to the Visa Application Service Centre (CVASC), when I book an online appointment to lodge my and my wife's applications, would it be okay for my step-daughter to lodge the applications on our behalf.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
