Renew my stepdaughters Chinese passport

She needs to go to the consulate in person for her passport renewal. Documents needed are as follows:
1. The application form for Chinese passport renewal; this form can be downloaded from the official website of Chinese consulate in San Francisco.
2. 4 passport photos;
3. Original passport and copies of all information page, visa page, pages with extension record if any, and records of exit & entry.
4. US residence permit (original and copy) or one for other countries if any.
