Z Work Visa, current student

My name's Brandon. I'm currently in school and want a break for a while. I'm entertaining the idea of going to China to teach for a year or two. I've researched online but many articles are outdated or vague. So, if i go to china on an X type entry permit how could i 1 switch it over when it comes to actually getting the job (hopefully just going to hong kong is an option) and 2 is two years teaching experience completely necessary for all schools in a large city. I'm not focused on large by chinese standards I'm just looking at large in terms of things to do during my down time and not be in a little village as well as be near a large city for the entertainment value/novelty. Thanks.

Hi Brandon. It's possible to enter on an X type and then switch it to a Z type after you get a job. The two-year experience is necessary for foreign employees in many cities. But as far as I know, some agencies can still get the work Z type for you even though you don't have work experience.
