where can i go apply visa to mainland china what are the requirements

I am a filipino tourist here in Macau,i want to go to mainland PRC for one week to visit

Peregrina, if you don’t have Macau residence permit, it may be difficult for you to apply for it from there. but you can have a try!
The required documents include your passport and its photocopy, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip tickets and hotel reservation as well as our residence permit in Macau. Afterwards, submit your application to the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in Macau SAR to apply for it.
