International transfer T2 in Beijing Airport

Dear,
I am traveling from Taipei to Brussels via BJ on Hainan Airline.
Will I have to recheck my luggage in Terminal 2?

No, you don't need to recheck the luggage.
By the way, the correct transfer procedures are the following:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Flight Waiting and Boarding.
