About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

144 visa free transit, is it true?!

Hello! We are arriving on saturday april 16, we are 4 argentinians and we were wondering about that 144 hs free transit and tour. We called our Chinesse Embassy and they have no idea about that 144 hour thing...WE really need to know if this is true in order to procede!
We read you were the top China travel agency, but we REALLY need to know if that information is accurate please!!

Luz, the 144 hour free transit indeed exists, but it’s only carried out in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu currently. So if you will transit in any of the three places, you can enjoy the 144 hour free transit.

Thank you so much! We are scared because the information haven't got to Argentina yet; and we also have a transit flight in Dallas before arriving at pudong airport in Shanghai, so we were afraid no one knows about the 144 hs thing there either. .

People all over the world seem to know abouth this except here in Arg!
