About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Applying another visa before the current one is expired

I may need to travel to China on a business M type for 3~5 months time, therefore decided to apply for a double-entry 6 months entry permit at first. Just wonder if it is possible for to apply for another new one after I had used up the first entry? Thanks in advance.

Matt, personally, I think you can, but once you apply for a new one, the unused entry on your previous M type will be voided.
