Beijing Airport to Tianjin Intl Home Port

I am Australian and am flying to Beijing Intl Airport in the morning and leaving on cruise ship from Tianjin Intl Cruise Home Port the same afternoon. What type of visa to I need if any?

Matthew, if you will go to a third country or region instead of the last one you departed after stopover in PRC, you can use the 24 hour direct transit. In this case, no entry permit is required. Otherwise, you need to apply for a tourist L type.
