About:China Visa Fees

My 3 years old daughter already overstayed for 2months in china

My daughter is Malaysian citizen, but my wife is chinese citizen. My Daughter is holding Q2 visa when entering. But the Q2 expired 2 months before. so can someone please tell me what to do if i want to bring back my daughter?

You can go to PRC to help her. The first thing is to report her situation to the local PSB and then pay the fine. The fine is CNY 500 per day and the maximum amount won’t be more than CNY 10,000. After, you can apply for an exit pass for her to bring her back.
